The Design Of The Electricity Meter Intelligent Calibration Device

With the development of people’s life and power technology,usage of electricity is growing with each passing day.No matter from the angle of industrial or civilian perspective,consumption and dependence on power system is indispensable. Electrical energy meter is one of the most important metrology equipments. It is also a kind of metrology apparatus for commercial exchange. It’s accuracy of electricity meters strongly influences the fairness of the commerce balance. It is related to one’s immediate and vital interests of average masses directly. Therefor,the verification of electrical energy meters becomes more and more important.Duo to the process, technology and other reasons,the development of verification device electric energy meter is restricted in our country.And the detection accuracy and measuring grades are not up to the requirements set out in the country.This can lead to that electric energy meter design does not meet the requirements or substandard products for the market.Thus, it affects the fairness of the calculation of electric and electricity consumption of residents.From the realistic background, this paper study the design of the intelligent electric energy meter verification device.In this dissertation,the overall task of system design is divided into three parts:standard electrical energy meter, the standard power source as well as the control system according to the structure. Three relatively independent parts develop the design alone, reduce influences among them as far as possible, and enhance system’s tability and anti jamming ability.In the electric energy meter detection device design,we divide the design into each part of discrete development and enhance the flexibility and redundancy of the system design,improve the power unit transmission and power measurement accuracy, improve the ability of mass electric energy meter detection, which makes the accuracy grade system to reach level 0.1. According to this paper, it is conducive to promoting the meter verification equipment automatic electric energy.To reduce the level of prices and the overall system of such device is equipped with rate and improve energy efficiency.
