| The history and present situation of electric measuring instrument and features of intelligent meters are introduced in this paper. A brand-new scheme of intelligent electric parameter meter is proposed by the author after combining the features of intelligent meters and practical demand for electric measuring in 300MW generator units. General design, realization of hardware circuit comparison and analysis of errors of different algorisms are discussed in detail.
