| In order to respond to the requirement of the State Grid Corporation on asset life cycle management,standardize the technical management of electric energy metering devices and improve work efficiency,this paper studies the scheme of electric energy meter appearance imaging and meter code information management system to strengthen the management of scrapped meters.According to the problems of watt-hour meter recovery at present,this paper puts forward the target value of watt-hour meter appearance imaging and watt-hour meter code information management system.According to the target value,several schemes are put forward,and the schemes are compared from processing unit,scanning element,display unit,data interface,software development and appearance design.Choose the best plan.At the end of the paper,the optimization application and economic benefit of the watt-hour meter appearance imaging and meter code information management system are analyzed.Based on the barcode of meter assets,the platform of appearance imaging and meter code information management studied in this paper uses image recognition technology and automatic transmission technology to realize the extraction,identification,recording and storage of the state and information of the dismantled watt-hour meter,reflecting the detailed state of the watt-hour meter when it is returned to storage,such as the power of various states.The asset information,such as meter reading,appearance and nameplate,is an extension of metering management work and an effective means of electricity supervision.It increases the traceability of electricity,and provides a strong support for the prompt and timely settlement of terminal disputes.This system is an important aspect of metering fine management,graphical management and automatic management.It is an extension of metering management work to record the number and state of the meter by image,which improves the level of electricity supervision. |
