Electric energy is an important energy for the current national development and social stability, and the development of the electric power industry is accompanied with many management problems. At the same time, the development of urbanization in the city building more and more intensive, high-rise residential buildings in succession Kaijian, existing short-range wireless meter reading equipment unable to meet remote meter reading requirements. To change the current power meter and copy the way, to study the new long-distance wireless communication function of intelligent electric meter for the national economic development, social stability has important practical significance. The existing electricity meter power copying program communication mode mainly through the power line communication or RS485 communication. This way of communication line connection, high cost of wiring is not conducive to large area to promote the use of, and rely on the ZigBee wireless communication technology although can reduce the wiring cost, but due to the communication range is only suitable for short distance wireless communication, so it is not suitable for remote meter copying scheme.Based on this, this paper designs a single phase prepayment intelligent electric meter which is suitable for the long-distance wireless data transmission function, which mainly rely on the SX1276 wireless communication chip to realize this function. The meter uses LoRa modulation technology through the antenna to send and receive data, with high reliability, high anti-interference and long distance transmission data, etc.. LoRa technology to achieve the transmission distance of the traditional way of wireless communication, a distance of tens of times. In this paper, the single-phase prepayment electric energy meter as the research object, based on the micro processing chip FM3308, electric energy measurement chip RN8209C and SX1276 wireless communication chip in the design of a CPU card prepayment electric energy meter. The meter is to achieve the requirements of the use of electricity users prepaid management, while ensuring the meter has a high precision measurement under the premise to achieve remote communication function.This paper from electrical to table hardware design of, the meter related hardware unit circuit is analyzed and focused on chips SX1276 as the core to build wireless communication module circuit, and design software to drive the hardware circuit, meet the requirements of the normal data received. At the same time, the principle of measurement chip measurement, the principle of electric energy meter calibration table are analyzed and discussed. In software design the prepaid electric energy meter overall process of software, system initialization program flow, data storage module program flow, power measurement and processing module program flow and SX1276 wireless communication module software program design.Finally, the SX1276 module and the electric energy meter are tested, and the error of the electric energy meter is verified after the communication test. Test results show that the electric energy meter can carry out normal wireless communication, and the prepaid electric to measurement precision and bias parameters according to international standards, and then verify the reliability of the design of the intelligent electric energy meter.
