With the growing construction of new campus and the socialization of service in univ ersities, the professional design commercial space comes into being, that is University Co mmercial Street. The priority of the sound development of University Commercial Street is to design the service facility reasonably. It is also a very important part of students’ and te achers’ daily life. The University Commercial Street which the author lives in is Wenxing Square. Based on theoretical exploration, field work and interview,and put the dimension a s the design tool.this essay aimed at optimizing and modifying this square, thus it will mak e some progress in commercial space design theories.
