| In recent years, a large mount of commercial space has appeared around campus in china, which has initiated social discussion for a long time. Being researched, it is caused by the involvement of social supply when the logistics of the university can't meet the students'increasing consumption demand day by day.Today, the university towns are still facing the situation that internal supply and demand is not balance, and will offer more commercial opportunities for society because of the gathering effect. So, the existence of the campus commercial space in university town is inevitable and reasonable. Draw a relevant conclusion to provide its theoretical foundation through the research on the existing campus commercial space,so that we can create a healthy consumption environment for the contemporary students. That is the main mission of the research.This analysis and research is based on the existing theory and general phenomenon. The introduction is in chapter one, mainly introducing research background, contents, meaning, research approach and relevant research both domestic and abroad. In chapter two, the transition of the campus space form and the campus commercial space's development in recent years have been analyzed first, and then the research on Hunan university which is one important composition of Yuelu University Town. In chapter three, the discussion of the rise of university town and the character of the campus commercial space at that time is the main content. Chapter four is the focal part of this thesis for a concrete analysis about the campus commercial space in Yuelu University Town combining the whole domestic environment has been made. And by the research some concrete suggestion has been given. And the concrete suggestion and imagination for further building of the campus commercial space in Yuelu University Town has been provided. In chapter five, a development prospect of campus commercial space in university town in the future based on the front research contents and results has been made out. |
