A Study On Micro-renewal Of Commercial Blocks In An Ascending Direction Of Space Quality

Urban renewal and new town construction are all important ways of urbanization.Both the concept and practice methods are closely related to the urban development and social changes.The renewal of urban renewal in foreign countries and the concept of urban renewal in the current phase of our country all emphasize that attention should be paid to quality improvement that focuses on micro-scale,gradualism and residential space.The concept of urban renewal in our planning community is called " Urban Micro Update." At present,the concept of urban micro-update is not defined,but the micro-update has been tentatively agreed upon and the micro-renovation of the community has been widely carried out in the starting area.It is against this background that this paper explores how the urban micro-update from the community to the neighborhood renovation transformation.This article mainly studies three questions: What is the object of micro-renewal in neighborhoods;what is the concept and connotation of micro-renewal;what should be done in micro-renovation of neighborhoods.According to this "what-what to do" logic paradigm,this article is divided into seven chapters: The first chapter and the second chapter introduce the research background,significance,and related research review;the third chapter and the fourth chapter respectively analyze The connotation of the connotation of the commercial district's spatial quality and the concept of urban microrenewal.The fifth chapter takes the commercial street of the university Block as an example to introduce the policy-making path,strategy constitution and strategy guarantee mechanism of micro-renewal in detail.The sixth chapter is based on The case study explores the understanding of micro-updates from multiple dimensions.The seventh chapter is a summary of the research conclusions and prospects of the study.The innovation of this article has two points: First,the innovation of analytical methods,and explore the big data,the sample data of the questionnaire how to use the combination of investigation and analysis;second is the practice of innovation,and community success of micro-updates applied to Block.
