With the prosperous development of automobile industry,the scale of the motor transport market has already been formed.However,in the existing mode of railway transportation,weak efficiency of the motor transportationhas become increasingly prominent.In order to improve the competitiveness of railway transportationin the automobile logistics market,establishing the newoperational scheme of motor transport trains is greatly needed.In addition,the separation problem of passenger&automobile in the self-driving travelling transportation trainshas undermined the convenience and quickness of travelling with cars on road.In this instance,the model of passenger&automobile integrated transportation arises at the historic moment.The model abandoned the traditional way of loading the end door,and modified the existing car-carrying carriages,which enables the car-carrying carriages to hang together and be marshalling with passenger carriages.The model of integrated transportation utilized the high efficiency of the passenger transport to achieve the synchronization oftransportation of passengers and cars.The study researched on how to use the auxiliary loading/unloading equipments to fulfill car lateral loading on platforms forordinary passengers based on the model of passenger&automobile integrated transportation and also researched on the overall design of platforms’ auxiliary loading/unloading equipments.The current study has referred to a large amount of information and literature on the development of auto conveyors at home and abroad,and a thorough discussion has been given.The solutions to design and use the auxiliary loading/unloading equipments were thus put forward.Through the analysis and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme with the considerations on the stability,effectiveness and manufacturing costs,the final solution and related technical parameters were determined.The study researched on the structural design of auxiliary loading/unloading equipments based on the technical parameters and actual working environment.The stress condition of the geometric model has been analyzed and the evaluation was thus given.,the study explored the appearance design of the auxiliary loading/unloading equipments concerning the shapes,colors and man machine engineering.Finally,the design of the control system of the auxiliary loading/unloading equipments for platforms was expounded accordingly centered on PLC.The study comp Meanwhile leted the digital design of auxiliary loading/unloading equipmentson platforms,and mechanics analysis was studied by using ABAQUS software.The results of the analysis showed that the design of platforms’ auxiliary loading/unloading equipments was reasonable and reliable.In addition,research on the design of the control system of the auxiliary loading/unloading equipmentsal so contributed to thecompletion of equipments’ corresponding functions.To conclude,the study has researched on the auxiliary loading/unloading equipments for platforms from four aspects,including its operational schemes,and the design of structures,appearance and control system.Moreover,the study has provided the theoretical foundations for further research on the fulfillment of the functions of equipments.
