Research On The Construction And Application Of Environment Landscape Of Rural Senior Base

"The sufferings of people are the matters of country", population aging is one of the biggest social challenges in China. While the development of senior care policy and industry is under the serious situation of relative lag, the diversified development of pension industry bacomes an inevitable requirement to adapt to the growing market. As a new mode of senior care, Rural Senior occurs on the background of combination of pension industry and Urban-rural Coordinating, which quickly develops that not only satisfying people’s eager to natural life, but also showing some advantages in ecological environment and service facilities. However, the researches about Rural Senior Base are almostly focus on the establishment, position, development operation and investment in the China so that there is a lack of related discussion on the environment landscape, which is disadvantageous to the work of service function. Based on this viewpoint, combined with the predecessors’research, demand analysis, theory of rural landscape planning and design, this paper is trying to systematically study in the environmental landscape design of Rural Senior Base. In the meantime, it applys the theory to Whahol Town in China project which has the multiple significance in discipline theory, social function and professional field. The main research results have the following several aspects:(1) Through consulting literature materials, the paper analyzed the basic theory and concepts of Rural Senior and Rural Senior Base, as well as summarying the trends of landscape design for aged by analyzing the currently theory research and practice of pension facilities, as to provide theoretical basis and reference.(2) On the basis of predecessors’ theory, the paper made a systematically interpretation on the characteristics and advantages of Rural Senior by using inductive method. It also built the elderly demand levels with five aspects through the analysis of elderly physiological, psychological and behavioral characteristics changes. These demand levels are physiological needs, security needs, social demand, respect demand and self-realization, which became the foundation of industries construction and environment landscape of Rural Senior.(3) Using a questionnaire for Nanning citizens in different professional background and age, the paper analyzed the basic requirement of industries construction and environment landscape of Rural Senior Base. The Data statistic shew that:More than half of the interviewee had accepted social pension mode which indicate Rural Senior would have extensive market prospect. People showed great interest in original activities and facilities of Rural Senior Base and the diversity of health rehabilitation facilities, green facilities, leisure facilities, cultural facilities would atrract more people to the base, and so on.Based on the characteristics of Rural Senior and analysis of demand survey, the paper also put forward the "1+1+X" industry pattern of Rural Senior Base, which regarded senior care as core function, dominated by leisure agriculture and combined with the tourism, cultural entertainment, leisure, health care and fitness events.(4) Combined with the analysis of the questionnaire results, the paper abstracted the rural landscape elements and put forward the base system of landscape elements, mainly including the natural environment landscape, economic production landscape and cultural landscape. The author also discussed the aesthetic imagery on natural environment, cultural landscape and living space of Rural Senior Base. It proposed the principle and landscape pattern from the industrial land planning, landscape planning to the design which was based on ecological, cultural, aging, economy. Then, it constructed the strategy of ecological environment, space environment, cultural environment, landscape environment, communication and traffic environment, on the puepose of enforcing the environment landscape with multiple functions, ecological environment and humanized living space.(5) Through the investigation and data collection, according to the relevant laws and standards, the author compiled the conceptual landscape planning and design of Whahol Town in China. Taking the event as an example, the paper explained how to apply the theory and system to practical projects, which had reference significance.
