Research On Environmental Landscape Design Of Moganshan Senior Apartments In Hangzhou

According to official data,China's aging population is on an inexorable rise,with 241 million people over the age of 60 accounting for 17.3 percent of the country's population.At the same time,the additional effect brought by aging has seriously affected the development and stability of the society.It is urgent to find a feasible way to provide for the elderly and solve various problems in providing for the elderly.With the progress of society and the improvement of various industrial technologies,the society's cognition of pension mode is also changing."9073" model is no longer a single choice,people began to pursue higher level of demand,the idea of the elderly pension is also changing,healthy ecological old-age pension model become the more and more the choice of the elderly,and on the basis of that occupy the home,community based,institutions for complement,d a combination of pension service system as the core of the elderly apartment will become the mainstream trend of the future pension.In this paper,the elderly apartment environment and landscape design as the main line,through the research,mainly draw the following conclusions:(1)Analyze the theoretical background of the elderly apartment environment,so as to understand the current problems of the elderly apartment environment,analyze the research significance of the elderly environmental landscape in moganshan,hangzhou,and put forward ideas to solve the quality of life of the elderly population.(2)Discuss the definition of the elderly,the elderly apartment,the elderly apartment environmental landscape,etc.,and analyze the problems in the development of the elderly apartment environment at the present stage: disordered space layout,insufficient plant management,short lighting time,lack of age-appropriate service facilities,etc.,so as to create the elderly people can enjoy their old age.(3)To analyze and summarize the domestic and foreign excellent cases of elderly apartments,elderly landscape,apartment landscape,etc.,and summarize their experience:follow the design suitable for aging,classify the elderly population,and clarify the needs of different elderly population.Therefore,there is an urgent need to conduct research on the environmental landscape design of the elderly apartment,build an environmental space that meets the actual needs of the elderly,and express the needs of the elderly population in the design of the environmental landscape by means of design,so as to complete the design and constructionof the environmental landscape of the elderly apartment.The purpose of this paper is to make full use of the geographical characteristics of hangzhou,according to the old habits and preferences,summed up the development of hangzhou moganshan elderly apartment environment landscape design procedures and methods,summarized suitable for aging population of recreation space,communication space,watching space and design points of the fitness space and plant configuration and so on.Finally,the paper takes the environmental landscape design project of moganshan apartment for the aged in hangzhou as an example to carry out an application practice of its theory,which is also the demonstration of the practice of environmental landscape design for the aged apartment in this paper.
