The Landscape Plan Of Gongyi Village,Hongshan Town In Shuangfeng Coutry

With the development of building "Beautiful Country" of China and improvement of rural residents’living standard, people in rural areas have a higher demand in the environment of their production and life, therefore, such living environment as "dirtiness, mess, poorness"in the past is far from meeting their needs now. So far, it is necessary for us to consider how to make a reasonable plan for rural landscapes, so as to meet the rural residents’basic needs for living, and that citizens want to experience life in the country, then releasing stress and relaxing themselves.This thesis will take rural landscape as studying object, studying the planning of rural landscape.The main conclusions are as follows:(1) First of all, it will study the basic concepts of country, landscape and rural landscape research, construct the overall ideas and research framework of rural landscape planning, analysis and evalution of China and abroad rural landscape planning progress, and practical results to determine the research content,and research method of this paper.and then draw lessons from the successful experience of the development of cities and towns in Germany, Britain, Holland and other countries, and put forward some ideas for the construction of new rural landscape planning in China.(2) On the basis of analyzing a large amount of data, it points out the existing problems of country planning, such as gradually sever natural environment, damage of agricultural ecosystem, urbanization of rural landscape and lack of the consciousness of cultural inheritance. Then it studies the reasons for problems above which mainly are lack of scientific plans and guide in rural areas, lack of funds for infrastructures, blind development of rural industries, outdated concepts of planning from planners. Later, it proposes solutions, mainly including attributes matching between rural development and rural landscape, taking urban culture background into consideration, promoting sustainable development of rural landscape and the principle of personalization.(3) The thesis summarizes four trends of development in rural landscape, they are "standardization" to "personalization", "residence-oriented" to "combination of residence and tourism", "traditional agriculture oriented" to "tourism oriented" and "bid change planning" to "small change planning".And put forward the objectives and principles of the Rural Landscape Planning(4) It analyzes 5 excellent cases in China, extracts the excellent experience, choosing Gongyi Village, Hong Shandian Town, Shuangfeng County as a practical case for rural landscape planning, and then figures out the ideas and goals of planning for the project on the basis of analyzing and studying the background and site situation and resources. Afterwards, it will carry on an overall planning for the project and have a discussion and practical design for its details.
