Research On Construction Project Management Model

With the deepening of reform and opening up, the construction industry has entered the orbit of globalization and international development. Foreign construction companies "bringing in" and domestic construction enterprises "going out" has become an inevitable trend in the development of the industry. Because our project management and theoretical research practice to explore all started late, compared with developed countries, there is a certain gap with the industry to improve the level of project management has become a top priority as soon as possible. This paper carried on domestic and international project management status and management analysis and research to provide a reference for the construction companies to learn from foreign advanced management mode, thus contributing to improve our project management level, shorten the gap with the international advanced level, the real domestic enterprises go out and participate in international competition, the final completion of line with international practice.In this paper, the FIDIC terms PMBOK Guide as a theoretical and normative basis. The status quo at home and abroad for project management, common management and a new management model studies were analyzed to identify the main problems and shortcomings of the project management model through. While the common international projects such as the current management mode DBB each analysis, combined with the characteristics of the various modes of each other, pointed EPC mode and PMC model is more suitable for the current national conditions in China.The article also from an elevated level of domestic project management perspective, from the reform, institution building, the mechanism optimization, personnel training and other aspects of in-depth analysis of proposed measures with international standards. In particular, to speed up the construction of the project management system, the project construction area of relevant laws and regulations to develop and improve, actively planning for domestic construction enterprise restructuring, the implementation of the project legal person responsibility system, carry out the project management theory research and personnel training, and try to the system engineering theory to project management work.In addition, efforts to make project managers clearly recognize gaps and problems existing in the domestic project management, fully aware of the research project management is one of the purposes of the importance and necessity of this article. At the same time actively select the appropriate project management model to provide reference for domestic enterprises, as soon as possible so that Chinese construction companies to go into the international construction market, but also as a point of responsibility for building practitioners.
