The main aim of this search study to conduct a comparative study in the impact of project management on control of construction projects in China and Bahrain. To find how does the project management (PM] enhance the control of the construction projects To print out how does the culture impact the project management. To know what are the project management tools and techniques that are using in both countries China and Bahrain which are going to strength the control of cost and time of the projects in construction industry. To study the organization structure system and its impacts on the control of the instruction projects in both countries. To know the advantage and disadvantage for the project management in China and Bahrain.To know the current situation of project management in China and Bahrain. Finally. To study the tendering system and its impacts on the control system in both countries China and Bahrain. This control is going to minimize the cost, avoids the delay and products a project in good quality that is very important to satisfy the owner of the project. In this research we are going to compare control of cost, time and quality in the field of construction in China and Bahrain, also we will make comparative study between China and Bahrain in culture, project management, tendering system and organizing structure.The research method is descriptive research. To compare the aspect of culture, project management tools and technique and tools, control system, tender process and organizing structure, two large enterprise companies have chosen as model from both countries.survey has conducted to gather the data and by E-mail as questionnaires in Bahrain...Secondary data from a lot of articles and previous researchers, to find out the variance in time, cost and quality, data has taken from the existing project in the two large companies.OBJECTIVES (1) To find how the PM (PM) will enhance the control of the construction projects. (2) Aims to point out how is the national culture will be important to support the control of the construction projects (3) To know what are the PM tools and techniques that are using in both countries China and Bahrain which are going to strength the control of cost and time of the projects in construction industry. (4) Study the organization structure system and its impacts on control of the construction projects in both countries. (5) To know the advantage and disadvantage for the PM in China and Bahrain. (6) To know the current situation of PM in China and Bahrain. Finally [7) Study the tendering system and its impacts on control system in both countries China and Bahrain. This control is going to minimize the cost of the project, avoids the delay of the project and produces a project of good quality that is very important to satisfy the owner of the project. This research is going to compare control of cost, time and quality in the field of construction in China and Bahrain, also we will make comparative study between China and Bahrain in culture, PM, tendering system and organizing structure. To make this research clear and easier to understand we are going to do summary as table for each part of the comparative study of this research.RESEARCH METHOD (1) The research method in this research is descriptive research to compare the aspects of culture, PM tools and technique and tools, control system, tender process and organizing structure, two large enterprise companies have chosen as model from both countries. (2) asurvey has conducted to gather the data and by E-mail as questionnaires in Bahrain. (3) Secondary data from a lot of articles and previous researches, to find out the variance in time, cost and quality, data has taken from the existing project in the two large companies.RESULT In this research we found that, Culture and cultural differences are important issues for every organization in every industry and will effect of controlling of PM, PM has potential to impact on control of construction management. The knowledge of culture and the PM (PM) can enhance the control of the cost, time and quality of a construction project.CONCLUSION The study proposes framework for organization structure for the two companies China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd (CCTEB) and Bahrain AL-ZAMEL International Contracting Company (ZICC), we found in this research also the cost variance, time variance and quality management standard for the two large companies in China and Bahrain. The result of this research will help engineers and project managers in both countries to practice PM in the construction sector and to know the current situation of PM for both countries.
