Research On The Design Of Quick-fitting Parts Of Kitchen And Bathroom Space In The Renovation Of Old Houses

In recent years,guided by the national policy of "no speculation in housing",the transaction volume of commercial housing has developed steadily,and the old housing market has developed rapidly.In the whole old house,the kitchen and bathroom space is the focus of the reconstruction,the residents use frequency is high,the space area is small,involves the water and electricity pipeline many,the pipeline infrastructure damage degree is high,the reconstruction of the space is difficult.With the development of the new assembly decoration technology in China,it provides an effective solution for the renovation of the old kitchen and bathroom space.In this paper,through the form of door-to-door investigation,interview,shooting,questionnaire and so on,the parts of the old kitchen and bathroom space in urgent need of renovation are studied,and to the kitchen and bathroom space plane door size,space doors and windows,flues and pipes into special building parts such as the impact on the design of decoration parts were analyzed,put forward the corresponding solution;Considering the factors such as building space size,aesthetic principles,decoration parts and kitchen and bathroom space,the materials of parts suitable for the renovation of old kitchen and bathroom space are selected,establish fitting part dimension system(including standard and non-standard fitting part material dimension specification,fitting part connection structure with original space interface and fitting part installation structure).The design of the retractable parts between the wall surface and the wall surface,the retractable parts between the wall surface and the window sill,the retractable parts between the wall surface and the floor,and the size design of the module of the cabinet and the bathroom cabinet are introduced.The size system of the fitment parts of the old kitchen and bathroom space can realize the rapid renovation of the kitchen and bathroom space,improve the transformation efficiency and quality,reduce the transformation cost.
