Project schedule management is an important content of project management. GDL plant construction project has the characteristics of difficult construction, tight time schedule, many effect factors.The thesis research 0n the project schedule management theory on GDL plant construction project of schedule management. First of all, We use the WBS to work on decomposition of the main activities of the GDLplant construction project, determine the activity and activity duration, to establish the network planning, and the calculation to determine the critical path by time difference, so as to determine the duration. Then, through the analysis of the project schedule, resource conditions, using the cost time method for the preliminary schedule is optimized, so that the adjusted schedule to meet the project schedule.Finally using the earned value method to analyze the project schedule. Through the research of the application, the plan, tracking and control to the project schedule, so that the smooth progress of the project within the stipulated time, finally realizes the GDL project requirements. It also provides some ideas and references for the GD project schedule management.
