With the rapid urban development, the landscape has become the important infrastructure of a city, the competon among urban garden industries has become more intense. The implementation of active and effective management, as well as control and reduction of the cost can promote the development of enterprises. However, the level of progress management of landscape project is relatively low, without enough attention, simplex of methodologies,which result in serious project delay and the mounting cost of man-power and mechanics, therefore, projects with high interests ends up with low economic interests. So the short board at this stage of the landscape industry lies in the progress management.By analyzing the current situation of Junliangcheng North Station landscaping project schedule management, this paper tries to analyse the main problems within it. The paper also the tries to identify the influence factors of the project progress through research, find out the key factors, and proposes the counter measures and suggestions to the project schedule management. This is to improve the level of garden project schedule management, the establishment of the main ideas, enhance the ability of garden construction project, which has great significance to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the inter industry garden.In this paper, from the general theory of schedule management to start, introduces the concept of progress management, content and ethod and steps, combining the particularity of the actual situation and the garden city garden project development of the industry. The study finds that the schedule management of the urban landscape projects is influenced by the choice of materials, process variation, quality requirements, equirements from the of service objects and implementation time.The current situation of greening project of the Junliangcheng station landscape is analyzed and summarized. The papers analyzes the problems in the implementation of the project, and then use the earned value method to carry on the analysis appraisal and prediction of progress deviation on the project schedule and cost situation. The study found five big problems in the project schedule management, including schedule for less science, program implementation difficulties, the delay of response, the increase of project cost, the inefficient communication among the construction units and stakeholder pressure these problems, were reflected in the construction units project progress management, and project schedule management and risk control of the relevant units.The paper has made deep research on the influence factors of the Junliangcheng North Station landscaping project schedule management. In recognition of the factors influence on the progress of the project management, construction units, from the internal takeholders and the risks of three aspects carries on the reasonable localization and deep mining influence factors. The detailed influential factors include the management level respectively, construction machinery and equipment, materials, construction scheme, construction environment, construction quality, construction cost, the construction units, design units, supervision units, other relevant units, resistable risk and irresistible risk, not anti risk. On this basis, factors of influence project schedule management structure of directed graph, the establishment of direct influence matrix and comprehensive influence matrix, and drawing causal relationship map, causal analysis of each influencing factor. By calculating the key factor of influencing project schedule, according to the reasonal level, are the management level, the construction unit management and coordination, the relevant functional departments of the intervention and supervision of units.This paper puts forward some basic ideas on progress control of city garden project, aiming at the key influence factors of the commissariat North Station landscape projects. According to the formation reasons, the paper also puts forward how to strengthen the control of key factors, including improving the management level, strengthening theservice of the cooperative units and reinforcing the supervision of supervision units. The paper also puts forward the measures on the organization, coordination, technology of the corresponding schedule management safeguard to control countermeasures.
