As one of most important content of project management, project schedule management is directly relating to economic benefit and reputation of Turnkey Contractors. No need to mention the overseas projects. Currently, China cement project turnkey contractors are facing the serious problem that most projects cannot be fulfilled or handed over exactly as per the schedule, or the fulfillment and completion of projects by escalation of cost, which causes economic losses and negative market competition for the contractors. Therefore, the research of project scheduel management is worth paying great attention, because the efficient management will definitely bring the contractors cutting edge in international competition and economic benefits.This article briefly presents the associated theories regarding the project schedule. Based upon the analyses on common project management planning methods by combining the actual working experience, Critical Path Method (CPM) is selected as the guideline to program Jordan cement project contruction planning and network plan for schedule. Moreover, it is also a tool for analyses and research of a variety of factors influening cement project schedule control through Interpretative Structral Model. After finding out the main factors, it is to make measurements to control such within the expected intention.The article is also to introduce how fund, design modification and designing drawings influence schedule management.
