Research On The Structure Model Of Solid Building Development

In order to improve the traditional teaching mode, build skills training platform, and overcome the problem of mismatch between theory and practice, the solid building structure model is developed, which is as same as real structure.Based on the teaching requirements and deep site construction investigation, The model fuse the two organically, then arrange three common kinds of structure forms (masonry structure, reinforced concrete structure and steel structure) according to the working process of basements and foundations, main structure, building roof, exposure the internal structure organically. Corresponding to each other through drawings and real, it can accelerate combination of the theory and practice; deepen students’understanding and mastering.In the development process, the model is mainly to solve problems, such as, force transmission among a variety of building structure, structure transition, the internal structure exposed, construction process display, skills project settings, students’ hands-on-site providing and large stream of students’ visit study. It also provides multimedia support for displaying the model content and is convenient for on-site training and self-study.Since it was developed in 2010, the solid building structure model has settled down in nearly ten universities and secondary schools. According to incomplete statistics, there are tens of thousands of students had visited the model and got skills training. It has achieved good social and economic benefits, and has met the design expectations. At present, the model is being improved. Promoting the use of this model is accords with the direction of the modern occupation education. It not only provides a new mode of teaching technology training for the construction industry, but also provides a platform for construction workers to get skills training and colleges to carry out the "project oriented" teaching.
