The course of "Fundamentals of Mechanical Design " in secondary vocational school is a professional basic course of electromechanical specialty.It has the characteristics of wide coverage of knowledge,abstract theoretical knowledge and strong practicality.The traditional teaching method is mainly basedon theoretical teaching,which is difficult to stimulate students internal learning motivation.It fails to make students connect abstract theoretical knowledge with specific production practice,and separate theory from practice.By adopting the strategy of integrating Fischertechnik model and project teaching method into curriculum teaching,this study innovates curriculum teaching methods,stimulates studentsinterest in learning,cultivates students ’comprehensive vocational ability,and improves the quality of classroom teaching.In turn,it provides new ideas for the teaching reform of related professional courses in secondary vocational schools.This paper takes the " Fundamentals of Mechanical Design " course of a secondary vocational school in Guizhou Province as the research object,and analyzes the main problems existing in this course through qualitative interviews and quantitative investigation.The results of statistical analysis show that the traditional teaching methods in the course of " Fundamentals of Mechanical Design " in the research school fail to meet the individualized learning needs of students;teachers fail to stimulate students’ learning vitality in the teaching classroom;failed to establish curriculum knowledge learning and professional ability training resonance;the evaluation dimension and subject of teaching program design are single;problems such as insufficient diversified integration of curriculum ideological and political elements.Based on the above problems,on the basis of studying the relevant theories of project teaching method,this paper puts forward the project teaching based on Huiyu model,creates intuitive mechanical parts composition structure and vivid and interesting learning situation,and follows the principles of integration of theory and practice,combination of intuition and interest,innovation and professional ability,and combination of morality and technology in curriculum teaching.A project teaching scheme based on the Fischertechnik model is designed to explore the best teaching method integrated with the course and build a bridge between teachers and students in classroom teaching.Two classes with the same major,similar number of people and roughly the same level of knowledge were selected,and the experimental class and the control class were set up respectively.The teaching integration scheme was designed by using the project teaching method based on the fish model,and the teaching experiment was carried out.The research results show that the project teaching method based on the Huiyu model is feasible.While implementing the fundamental task of moral education,it can meet the personalized learning needs of secondary vocational students,stimulate the vitality of classroom teaching,and significantly improve students internal learning motivation,interest and learning performance.At the same time,students comprehensive professional abilities such as communication and expression ability,teamwork ability,active analysis ability,problem solving ability and innovation ability have been significantly improved.
