The electrotechnics skill and practical training course is one of the compulsory courses for students majoring in mechanical and electrical engineering in secondary vocational schools.Teachers of professional courses in secondary vocational schools need to use appropriate teaching methods to better carry out the teaching practice of electrician skills and practical training courses so that students can have good electrician skills and practical training courses in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere,in order to learn professional knowledge and operational skills. This paper mainly expounds how to integrate the action-oriented teaching method into the teaching case design and practical teaching of the course "electrician skills and practical training" in secondary vocational schools, with the aim of teaching reform, find out more suitable for secondary vocational school processing and manufacturing professional practice courses of teaching methods, training in line with the actual needs of enterprises in the industry skilled personnel. This paper takes "action-oriented teaching" three common methods: "guiding text teaching method","task-driven teaching method" and "project teaching method" as examples to design and apply teaching cases,to enable students to correctly handle the electrical safety incidents of general electrical equipment,to correctly identify and select commonly used electrical components, and to correctly identify and use electrical tools and measuring instruments after completing the electrical skills training course, master the general skill of electrician operation.Through interviewing graduates and teachers of specialized courses, and visiting relevant enterprises,we can understand the ability requirements of the mechanical and electrical technical operators, and turn thepost skill requirements into course objectives and contents.Based on the investigation of teachers and students, the teaching case design is carried out based on the action-oriented teaching method.Based on the investigation of the students and teachers of mechanical processing technology in Changchun School of pharmaceutical and chemical industry, the 19 students of mechanical processing technology were divided into experimental group and Control Group.By comparing the experimental data and analyzing them, the conclusion is drawn that the employment of action-oriented teaching approach in the course of electrician skills and practical training in secondary vocational schools can improve students' learning achievement, learning interest and comprehensive quality, better cultivate the social needs of skilled personnel.
