| Action-oriented teaching method has become a hot topic currently. It’s a kind of vocational education teaching ideal which is more advanced in contemporary. Action-oriented teaching method was originated in Germany in 1980 s. Because of its great advantages to personnel training for modern society, it quickly got widespread use in vocational education school in Germany and was further spread and applied in lots of countries in the 21 st century.Action-oriented teaching method advocated the idea of action-oriented, student-centered and competency-based. Students participated in the whole teaching process actively, to derive their own direct experience, knowledge skills and comprehensive professional competence.Shijiazhuang Railway Transportation School is a national key secondary vocational school. It launched a series of reforms about vocational education. Combining the research with my course of Electric Locomotive Control, I tried to put action-oriented teaching method into practice and carry out application research in this article.Chapter One introduces the background and significance of action-oriented teaching method and the contents and methods which it researches.Chapter Two describes the action-oriented teaching method and the theoretical basis.Chapter Three discusses the necessity and feasibility of the application of action-oriented teaching method in the course of Electric Locomotive Control. Besides, it describes achievements via teaching practice and test cases.Chapter Four talks about teaching evaluation of action-oriented teaching reform.Chapter Five describes the security system of action-oriented teaching method.Chapter Six is about summary and outlook.I hoped the practical research can supply a reference to the research of action-oriented teaching method and can also provide a reference for the teaching reform of Electric Locomotive Control or similar professional courses. |
