| As China’s development enters a new era,the demand for talents in enterprises and markets has long changed from simple workers to high-quality skilled talents with self-learning ability.As the cradle of skilled talent training,secondary vocational schools need to further integrate with enterprise employment standards and meet the requirements of enterprises and the market for talents."Fundamentals of Electrical Engineering" is one of the main professional basic courses of elevator majors in secondary vocational schools,based on the action-oriented teaching concept to carry out course teaching design,through action to guide students to take this course easily and happily,improve learning interest,correct learning attitude,cultivate professional awareness,and develop comprehensive vocational ability.The paper is carried out successively from four links: theoretical research,investigation and research,teaching design and practical summary,one is to collect and read the relevant literature of action-oriented teaching concept,explore the feasible space for the application of action-oriented teaching concept to the course of "Fundamentals of Electrical Engineering",and clarify the connotation,characteristics,common methods and related theoretical basis of action-oriented teaching;Second,under the guidance of theory,comprehensive literature research method,interview method and questionnaire survey method are carried out to investigate elevator professional related enterprises,"Fundamentals of Electrical Engineering" teachers,and students to understand the trend of talent demand in the elevator industry and the ability requirements of front-line positions,and analyze the current teaching status and existing problems of the "Basic Electricians" course in middle vocational education in combination with teacher interviews and student questionnaire results;The third is the teaching design principle based on the action-oriented teaching concept,which formulates the course teaching design content from the six links of learning situation analysis,professional ability analysis,clarifying teaching objectives,designing teaching content,formulating teaching strategies,and constructing teaching evaluation,and constructs the teaching implementation process according to the action-oriented "three stages and six links";The fourth is to select actual teaching cases for specific explanations,determine experimental subjects according to the analysis of pre-test results,carry out teaching practice,verify the practice results through the post-test questionnaire and final grade analysis of students’ classroom learning effects,and finally summarize,explain the deficiencies,and put forward targeted suggestions.The study believes that starting from the action-oriented teaching concept,the teaching design and practical application of the course "Fundamentals of Electrical Engineering" can significantly enhance students’ learning initiative and enthusiasm,deepen students’ understanding and memory of professional knowledge,cultivate students’ professional ability,enhance teachers’ professional ability,and also provide useful references for other professional curriculum reforms. |
