| Development of rural tourism to promote employment of farmers, agricultural industrial structure adjustment, construction of agricultural modernization, construction of urban and rural interaction, civilization construction of the beautiful country has the great realistic significance and far-reaching historical significance.The author thinks that: the success of rural tourism development planning should multidisciplinary combines landscape, tourism, architecture, geography and history, sociology,economics. It’s the integration of agricultural rural practical wisdom crystallization. The development of rural tourism planning should pay attention to the concept of advanced, the rationality of content, the uniqueness of the path. Now tourism planning mainly focus on hardware planning, lack of comprehensive software planning. Rural tourism development planning should be based on the principle of agriculture-oriented, adjust measures to local conditions; cultural integration, enhance value; tourist demand, promoting tourism,integration production, ecology, life and embodies the concept of “Three communion”. Fully integrate the local cultural history, myths, legends, geological landscape, forest vegetation,local folk resources elements in-depth integration development and design.Rural tourism landscape type refers to landscape environment and resources, namely,basis for mountains, rivers, canyons and other geology, geomorphology, hydrology natural environment unique ornamental value, combined with the local rural tourism relying on the unique local resource.The conception of this study is based on the landscape environment and resources and vernacular landscape. Through development planning study formed on the basis of landscape, built up “new countryside of landscape tourism".The development of Mountain-Lake rural tourist attraction is a spontaneous tourist from under the market economy, which is the important part of country tourism development. In urban city, people live with fast-paced and high pressure, then them aspire to the quiet natural life.Mountain-Lake rural tourist, which can be a good choice, meeting the needs of people spiritual nostalgia in the country. In the 1830 s, rural tourism appeared in the developed countries of Europe. They watch the pastoral scenery and enjoy the country life and village culture in the process of rural tourism, which formed the boom of rural tourism gradually.Today, the Mountain-Lake rural tourist has grown up in the developed countries of Europe and the United States, and become the important part of tourism development. In our country,Mountain-Lake rural tourist is in the initial stage, which still needs to be perfected. But it has showed a strong momentum of development, and conducive to improve the income of peasants, improve peasant living, absorb rural surplus labor force, adjust the agricultural structure, and beautify the village. So, it has a very important theoretical and practical significance to carrying forward the development, planning and study of Mountain-Lake rural tourist area.On the whole, this thesis is divided into two parts. The first part, involving four chapters, is the study of the relevant theoretical basis. Firstly, through related theory of mountain-lake rural tourism scenic area and the definitions of relevant concepts, clear the research object and scope of the thesis research. Secondly, elaborates on the development motivation of mountain-lake rural tourism scenic area and the existing problems and more.Furthermore, analysis the development planning ideas of mountain-lake rural tourism scenic area, which mainly from the development mode, development measures, the basic content of development planning several aspects, put forward the development planning method tentatively of the mountain-lake rural tourism scenic area. The second part of the thesis is the part of practice research. Taking Boshan Changshou mountain scenic area development plans as an example, based on the first part of theory research, we analyzes the present status of the site, and then describes the scenic area development planning of the design idea, target, design principle and scenic area location, applied theory part analysis method of mountain-lake rural tourism scenic area development planning for Boshan Changshou mountain general layout and scenic spot plan. Finally summarizes the ideas and methods to construct the rural tourism scenic area with Boshan regional characteristics.This paper innovation points: 1. This study proposes the concept of development planning is produced by multidisciplinary integration each other.2. Put forward the principle and implementation the principle of the rural tourism development planning, development mode, development strategy; put forward rural tourism should reflect series of "ecology,culture, science and technology" and "production, ecology and life" three communion’s tourism development concept.Clearly put forward the concept of rural tourism landscape typeand development planning ideas, principles, methods. In the case of the practice are fully used.Having done a systematic research on mountain-lake rural tourism scenic area of Boshan Changshou mountain exploitation and proposed a great many development strategies. It is expected that the related theories on rural tourism could be further improved through about studies. Research on the subject is of great realistic significance to improve the current situation of landscape characteristics of the mountain-lake rural tourism scenic area and guide the future mountain-lake rural tourism scenic area develop and planning. |
