Hangzhou is a famous city of national natural mountain landscape, has importantpractical significance for Hangzhou ecological construction and environmentalprotection, there is an urgent need to construct a set of scientific and reasonable andeffective of the comprehensive protection planning system.This paper use for reference the advanced ideas of domestic and internationalprotection of the mountain, through combing the situation to the Hangzhou District ofXiaoshan City, constructs the comprehensive protection planning of mountain of thetarget concept, protection strategy and specific measures, proposed the protection and thecreation of the regional ecological characteristics and historical and culturalcharacteristics, development and technology improvement and optimization of mountainsystem mountain landscape system. In the protection and treatment, this paper focuses onthe system architecture, landscape and overall environment style protection, spacecontrol zoning and the destruction of the mountain and ecological restoration andprotection strategy of mountain protection; in the development and control, this paperdiscusses the development of ideas, development capacity control, view sight control and building height control technology methods, finally taking Xishan Hill-citycomprehensive protection planning as an example to analyze.In this paper, through the comprehensive planning of Xiaoshan City mountain tohave the feasibility of protection, planning of the mountain city protection andcoordination development of unified, and strive to Xiaoshan city into a "hill in the city,mountain city one","mountain, water, city," dependent harmony and unique citylandscape and ecological city space city, realize the coordinated and healthy development.Comprehensive protection planning system is proposed in this paper will be the effectivesupplement of mountain Hangzhou mountain to protect this planning vacancy, andprovide a perspective research method for the planning of mountain to protect otherJiangnan landscape in plain city.
