Research On Elderly Optimum Design And Object Selection For House Inside Space

Since the beginning of the20th century, our country has become the world’s mostpopulous country in the elderly now. Along with the social attention to the agingproblems, a large number of new residential buildings for the aged and old buildings ofsenile transformation hasve been emerged. However, there are still some problems onthe matching senile object. It is hard to meet the elderly independent life in house insidespace.This paper is based on the analysis for correlation between"the constructiondemand of the aging population development trend"and"architect design andconstruction under the background of industrialization".First of all, this paper researchesthe current situation of aging in China, emphasis the lack of the optimal object design inour country; Secondly, from the perspective of the sociology, research on the elderlydaily life in the physical, psychological and action characteristics. Analysis of theelderly daily life demand, summed up the aged life behavior characteristics. Therefore,described building optimum requirements; Third, draw lessons from foreign advancedresidential building optimum design and practical experience to explore China’sresidential building renovation and elderly optimum design; Finally, describ the designpoints of the house inside space, detail the different types of old people operationposture and required space, guide the optimum design and object application.
