Research On Universal Design Of Smart Kitchen For The Elderly

Under the steady improvement of living standards in the background, the rapid rise of smart kitchen home and grow. Meanwhile, China is in the acceleration phase of aging, intelligent kitchen designed for older products are also rich enough, not good at the same time meet the needs of users and psychological demands of the public and the elderly.This study is focused on the application of universal design innovation in the field of smart kitchen, mainly in universal design included in the target group for the study of the elderly, the reasonable use of universal design thinking to the smart kitchen product design, make the smart kitchen products between the user and a higher compatibility, making it not only applies to public users, more suitable for the elderly population, which reflects the general design of the human-centered design content.In this paper, a comprehensive analysis of the elderly, physiological function change characteristics of group psychological characteristics and China elderly people living habits, application of design development course of general design idea of combing and universal in product design. Through in-depth analysis of the development trend of habits, daily life and behavior of the elderly, the operation mode of behavior in the kitchen space at home and abroad family intelligent kitchen appliances and the current trend of aging society, found that the current kitchen intelligence Home Furnishing products in use process deficiencies still exist many problems and kitchen products exist in the general design of the intelligent. This paper from the aspects of man-machine engineering, the color psychology, product semantics, interactive interface design for exploration and re design, put forward to the elderly target groups and both to explore a new design of intelligent kitchen design in general public users. In this paper, the main innovations include: intelligent kitchen design, navigation design interface of universal design in the design of smart kitchen speech, universal design of intelligent kitchen interface linear operation design, general design of intelligent kitchen touch play the general design of the induction design etc.
