As the reson of the global warming, every country of the world begans to realizethe urgency and importance of low carbon. The new face of the dual pressures ofurbanization and energy conservation, China has proposed a resource-saving andenvironment-friendly society requirements. Modern Logistics Park with its strongcapabilities in order to become an important form of logistics. However, the constructionof the logistics park was in the process of obtaining high-energy, high-growth patternsamong poor. While planning the design of existing ways of thinking should also beadapted to the requirements of low-carbon development concept and make contingency.Wen research aims to provide logistics park to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, suitableshaping efficient logistics park space environment theory and application method.This article will present a low-carbon development planning and design conceptsand logistics park is proposed by combining modern logistics park planning and designunder the concept of low-carbon. Follow " questions-analysis of the problem-solvingproblems-solved was how to" technical framework, first, from the development of low-carbon background and logistics park to start, raise problems of modern logistics parkplanning and design of low-carbon concept, clear the purpose and meaning, content andmethods of research. Secondly, from concept to content, to explain the relationshipbetween carbon and logistics park, at home and abroad on the basis of research, theintroduction of carbon footprint calculation of carbon emissions as a logistics parkquantify foundation. In planning the logistics park Qinghai Caojiabu example, to identifythe relevant carbon material elements of logistics park, comprehensive analysis and summary of low-carbon logistics park planning and design framework, the proposedmethod of physical planning and design of low-carbon flow of the park, sufficientlydetailed analysis of the problem. Again, in order to design the framework to start, followthe four principles of low carbon concept, planning and design from the three planningsystemtosolvetheproblem.Finally,tocalculatethecarbonfootprintoftheinadequaciesof the proposed scheme optimization measures.Thus, the construction of a calculation by the concept, elements of the problem,design frameworks and carbon footprint analysis method consisting of a low-carbondesign concept of modern logistics park system is the practice low-carbon concept,creating effective measures to efficient logistics space environment, is this article thecore of the research results.
