Low-carbon Eco-oriented Industrial Park Planning And Construction Of Research

The report of18th Party Congress puts the construction of conservation culture to thelevel concerning with people’s wellbeing, national future long-term plan. And the low-carbonand ecological development mode as an important model of conservation culture has becomethe most important premise to realize the sustainable development of the countries all over theworld.With the emphasis on low-carbon and ecological construction of our country, manyprovinces and cities are performing practices of different level, and exchanging ideas ofachievements and experience. But because of the difference of climatic condition andeconomic base of different cities or regions, we need to establish a reference mode suit todifferent regions, and find the suitable development methods and technical measures.Since the object of this paper-Dongguan ECO-industrial park (Dongguan ECO-Park)beginning to construct, which adopted the strategy of "taking ecological and watermanagement as priority, taking green as the base, taking water as the source, andreconstruction of the regional water environment", had carried out a large-scale ofmanagement of the original environmental problems of the park area, and got good results.The main contents of this paper are as follow:Firstly, based on the definitions of concepts and relevant study, puts forward theguidance to implement low-carbon and ecological planning from the planning of land use,ecological environment, road traffic and green building. The paper also did a research onforeign cases,Secondly, based on the reality of Dongguan ecological park, analyzes the existingproblems. Integrate the main problems of low carbon ecological construction of DongguanECO-park at the present stage, and puts forward the effective low-carbon and ecologicalplanning strategies. Combining with the resources of Dongguan ECO-park, regulate theplanning from four elements of land use, ecological environment, road traffic and greenbuilding, to achieve low-carbon and ecological construction targets.Finally, analyze the implementation of planning of ECO-park, assess performance oflow-carbon planning of industry, wetlands, transportation and energy-saving building,demonstration the effects of low-carbon and ecological planning strategies, and to proposesuggestions for improvement on low-carbon planning strategies of eco.
