Low-Carbon Research On Science And Technology Park Planning And Green Building Design

The report of 18th Party Congress puts the construction of conservation culture to the level concerning with people’s wellbeing, national future long-term plan. And the low-carbon and ecological development mode as an important model of conservation culture has become the most important premise to realize the sustainable development of the countries all over the world. In this paper, the research object is a small research and development of low-carbon industrial science and technology park planning located in Chuzhou City, South Qiao District, New Town Science and Education Industrial Park, and a green building design.This paper is divided into two parts, one of it starting from the overall plan, adhering to the the low-carbon science and technology park design concept of "simple and efficient, cooperation and sharing of natural ecology", the development of low-carbon park planning study the existing constraints from the park to the geographical environment of view, combined with micro-grid energy and solar mirrors on the field of new energy technology aspects of park space layout, road transportation, energy and micro-grid, solar mirror fields and the ecological environment of the region to conduct a comprehensive overall plan.Another part of the the paper focus on the design of administration building and the application of green building Samsung elaborate green building within the south of the park. It contained the technologies in renewable energy and new energy use, contained active and passive energy-saving design, considering the best building energy-saving materials and focus on the building roof photovoltaic panels combine design and architectural lighting design airy atrium.Overall, from the whole planning and design of a comprehensive exposition of the monomer to the introduction of low-carbon, energy saving, green and feasibility, it try to explain the importance of scientific research in the park planning and individual buildings, and give some good suggestions.
