Design Research On Establishing A Company Demonstration Line Of Synchronization

With the improvement of people’s living standard, the rapid growth of Chinese auto markethas become an opportunity to the development of the auto industry．But with the soaringproduction quantity, compliance with the delivery due date is becoming more and moreserious. With the price reduction by customers, increasing labor cost, material cost and energycost, the profit margin is decreasing. At the same time with the advent of the era ofcustomization. Customer’s demand has been increasingly diverse and of small scale.Therefore, enterprises are greeting the opportunities while facing the crisis.In this paper, A company’s existing production lines using the traditional way of plans toproduce A detailed analysis of and research. According to the characteristics of customer’sdemand, we choose Toyota as customer of the selected line based on that the customer has themost stringent requirements, the largest output, and the future of becoming main customer.and then plan and construct the target line to meet the goal of synchronization demonstrationline. By comparing the domestic and foreign advanced production mode to grope for theresearch question. Using the theory of industrial engineering, established by the mode ofproduction, for the same period production line for the construction of the research.Analyzing the production line, the most serious problem is overproduction, which directlycauses other wastes. And all these problems are covered under a large inventory, being hidden.We need to start from solving the overproduction, eliminating the inventory, as to decrease allthe waste, through which we can truly achieve the optimization of the production line.Finally, based on company’s overall situation, overlooking each link between partsin-coming, production, and logistics, the production line is re-constructed all over in the planof synchronization. By analysis of Toyota pick-up method, we plan to use order productionsystem to replace the current plan production system, according to customer demand100%.According to the minimum unit and the customer order, production is prepared from the frontof the production line. Through introduction of the information transmission system,technologies like unmanned logistics, action improvement, capacity increasing, flexibleproduction, fast set-up, fool-proof equipment, parts-feeding to the production line，productionat the same pace, and the realization of0WIP, the production line can achieve a state with nostagnancy, and being neat, manageable, construct a demonstration production line, to improveA company’s mode of production, to help maintain profits.
