| With the development of internet society and the popularization of personal intelligent devices.The growth of the geometric index of the data has given birth to the rapid development of China data center and driven the development of the diesel genset manufactory.C Company has got the great incremental as the main diesel genset OEM in China.But it faces a lot of the challenge from other Competitors.This thesis will analyze the problems of the existing ETO business model,investigate the new mode that delivers the ETO order though project management process to resolve the current issue.At the same time the new process will help to improve its competitiveness and customer satisfaction of the company.Currently,the main data center customers always place order though ETO process.This thesis provides a new solution base on the analysis of the existing issue of ETO order business model and the shortage of current VPI project management process.The company will get the opportunity to improve the ETO process,ETO organization and IT system under the ETO basic principles.Through the improvement of ETO process,we can ensure that there are sufficient resources for ETO project implementation at the strategic level.Through the improvement of ETO order organization structure,the ability and efficiency of ETO order are both improved,it helps the company achieve the requirement of customized diesel genset.Through the improvement of C company IT system,ETO cost and supply chain are optimized,lead time of ETO order is shortened and customer satisfaction is greatly improved.In addition,this thesis effectively identifies and manages the risk of ETO project in the implementation process.The mitigation plan made for red risk is dynamically tracked and managed during the whole process of ETO project implementation,which effectively reduces the occurrence of risks and ensures the successful delivery of ETO projects. |
