ECG detection and analysis is a pivotal tache in the course of heart disease's clinic diagnosis, it will directly affect the result of diagnosis and the purpose of therapy. 12-lead synchronization ECG records 12 leads ECG signal at the same time. It can provide more information than single lead ECG about the heart's activity.12-lead synchronization ECG signal detection and analysis system includes signal collection box and related software of control and analysis .The former collections the ECG signal .The latter controls the signal collection process and deal with the collected ECG signal.The signal collection box is controlled by 80C196KB microcontroller. It can collect the ECG signal with eight parallel channels and convert the analog signal to digital signal. The digital ECG signal following the A/D conversion is transferred to PC for the next analysis. The signal collection box adopts high performance integration instrument amplifier and sample-and-hold amplifier, which control the synchronization of sampling.The control and analysis software produce standard 12-lead digital signal from 8-lead synchronization ECG signal by synthesize. The system adopts digital filter for the ECG signal pretreatment and detects the characteristic points of ECG through wavelet-transfer technology. The QRS wave group's orientation is the base and key of ECG auto-analysis technology. Through thewavelet transfer of ECG signal, we can accurately detect the QRS wave-group. Through the analysis of different scale's wavelet transfer of ECG signal, we also can detect the P wave and T wave. We introduce the error analysis to the QRS wave-group integrated judgment of 12-lead synchronization ECG signal. It improves the accuracy of QRS wave-group's detection and reduces the probability of the inaccurate and leaked detection.The control software of signal collection box is designed in assemble language .The PC's control and analysis software is designed in Borland C++. It provides control interface with signal collection box and provides function of patient database management. The software's operation is very convenient because it integrates the ECG signal collection, analysis and management.
