| Nowdays, Smart Substation grows quickly in China, especially the design and constructing of main electric equipments in smart substation have becoming more and more maturely. However the connotation of Smart Substation isn’t limited to the main electrical equipments, but needs the auxiliary system, such as water pump, fun, air condition, to realize the integration and intelligence. So that, the general management of equipments could improved, running status could monitored, fault information could transmitted reliably, and the ability of smart substation working safely would achieve further development.The Intelligent Auxiliary Control System is one of important technologies of smart grid and its running safety, which integrate ventilation system, water system, fire alarm, video, security, environmental monitoring, control equipment and other major system, and implementing network monitoring and management. Now, the Intelligent Auxiliary Control System includes three parts, image monitoring&security subsystem, environment subsystem and fire alarm subsystem. Due to the specificity of the professional management, fire fighting system of substation, especially the fire fighting system of water and ventilation, usually has been neglected in the design and constructing of intelligent assistant control systems. And many function, such as the interlock control, information storage and upload, maintenance, fault analysis, in the water storage and water supply system, can only collecting information locally.Based on the requirements of the existing smart substation construction, this research optimizes and integrates the fire control system and intelligent control system, completes the range of intelligent auxiliary system, and realizes the synthesize plan and optimization in stage of design.By studying JIUYUAN110kV substation, a research was carried on for integrate the fire control system and intelligent control system of the smart substation intelligent control system. A method to realized full overlap of intelligent auxiliary system was achieved, and development of running efficient and reliable was also obtained. By fully use of the platform based on DL/T860standard, the backstage of intelligent auxiliary control system could get real-time communication, reform old fire fighting system to communicating with the comprehensive application server, so that the the existing video intelligent auxiliary control system display, image storage and playback, alarm, monitoring and control, linkage control function, could be fully used, and the monitoring range of intelligent control system will further expand and a higher efficiency will also be reached. |
