As a hardnut problems,fire fighting in high-rise,towers and forest fire have attracted more and more attentions,Due to the uncertainty of these places after causing fire,Fire fighting in these places bring great difficulties to us,Fire-fighting shell is a fire extinguisher aimed at fire fighting,it can prevent fire in a long distance and effectively against the fire in these places.Nowadays,a series of fire extinguisher have been researched and manufactured all around the world.The aim of this project is to develop a new type of intelligent fire extinguishing bomb based on some fire extinguishing bomb,Fire-fighting shell was launched by the mortar,which could detect the information of the fire scene after enter into it and explored intelligently so that the extinguisher can be dispersed in the fire scene.This thesis introduced the developmental situation of the fire-fighting shell both home and abroad.Through the analysis of the fire place,This paper presents a new general design scheme of fire extinguishers with intelligent control fuze as the core based on several fire bomb products of the mobilization center,and focuses on the design of the core part of the fire extinguisher-intelligent fuze control system design.All aspects of the fire bombs were analyzed and simulated to verify whether the fire extinguishers can meet the requirements after completed the overall design for the fire-fighting shell.The specific content can be summarized as the following:(1)The tail intensity was analyzed and checked by ANSYS,through Solidworks to established the model of the fire-fighting shell tail,and then the finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to analyzed the launching security for fire-fighting shell tail.(2)This thesis had a research of inner trajectory and external trajectory,Ballistic characteristics have an influence on the launch system and flight performance of fire extinguishing bomb.Establishment of fire-fighting shell inner trajectory and external trajectory mathematical model and using the MATLAB software respectively for simulation on the interior ballistic and exterior ballistic of fire extinguishing bomb,which get the relevant relationship diagram.(3)The research on the fire-fighting shell explosion scatter about powder and fire-extinguishing ability,simulation the explosion scatters process of extinguishing projectile by ANSYS/LS-DYNA and AUTODYN,to established the model of the fire-fighting shell and propose the method about estimate the fire extinguishing power.
