In recent years,under the leadership of the Fire Department of the Ministry of public security and the provincial public security department,the fire safety management of Zhejiang province has achieved fruitful results.With the rapid development of the global information technology,the arrival of "big data" and the age of smart technology,and the widespread application of the Internet of things technology,the rich and colorful data production of mobile terminals and sensors.The data and growth rate of birth will be far beyond the history of any period.A large number of data are stored in the network and distributed in different regions,various types of databases and storage devices.At the same time,it also brings unprecedented challenges to the traditional system maintenance and management innovation.The "smart city" and "intelligent fire" construction can cope with this challenge,and the common business is refined and summed up,and the best solution to the application of innovation.How to seize the favorable opportunity and rely on "big data" to build data sharing business collaboration across departments,across regions and across levels,and tap the value of internal fire data? How to make use of the limited fire police force to face the large number of fire safety supervision objects and make sure the situation is clear? How to implement dynamic monitoring of fire safety situation? How to rely on the government to implement the mai n responsibility of fire safety in social units and promote the socialization of fire fighting? All these have become urgent problems to be solved in the informatization of fire fighting.In 2017,the Ministry of public security promulgated the guiding opi nions on the comprehensive promotion of the construction of "intelligent fire fighting"(2017] No.297.This programmatic document clearly stated that the current and future fire safety management should always adhere to the scientific and technological fo rces to combat the science and technology,and improve the scientific and technological content of fire prevention and control.To innovate social fire prevention and control,solve the problem of fire prevention and control in high risk units,make clear the "strong elimination of science and technology",with "big data" as the support,the organic integration of science and technology information and fire fighting,and improve the ability of comprehensive scientific analysis and solution.This is a guidin g document for further scientific and orderly development of "smart fire".I have the honour to participate in the construction working group of "intelligent fire fighting" in Zhejiang province,and put forward the general goal and specific content of the construction project of "intelligent fire fighting" in Zhejiang province,based on the investigation of the present situation of the construction of fire fighting informatization at home and abroad.The difficulty encountered in system design is that the " intelligent fire control" positioning is a comprehensive application system that needs to include resource information involving fire rescue,combat command,and social fire prevention and control.There are many related industry departments and informatio n data sharing barriers are difficult to get through.With the help of the "up to one reform" in Zhejiang Province and the coordination of the "Smart Zhejiang" construction leadership group,the data sharing work of the public security,meteorological,and residential construction departments was successfully completed.This paper puts forward the research on the construction of "intelligent fire fighting" in Zhejiang Province,which is to apply the latest and most advanced information technology to the fire fighting forces,make the fire equipment and equipment intelligent,the intelligence of the social fire service,improve and perfect the fire fighting and rescue,the internal and external information resources sharing work,and better complete the fire fighting.The legal duty of the fire fighting forces is given by the law.At the same time,combined with the reform of the fire police service mechanism,according to the requirements of "technological innovation,innovation of management mechanism,business model innovation",the construction of "intelligent fire fighting" can be accelerated to achieve the aim of "people fire for the people".
