Research On Establishment And Evaluation Of Safety Management System Of Construction Project

In recent years, the development of the construction industry has entered a new leveland it makes a rapid growth about construction practitioners. However, the securitysituation in the construction project is not optimistic and the security situation isworsening. All kinds of major accidents are frequent that it reveals a lot of deficiencies inthe safety management work, thus it is very important to enhance the safety of enterpriseproject management system for safety and accident prevention.Firstly, this article has used comparative analysis, systematic analysis and the realdiagnosis research and the fundamental research unifies. Based on learning the domesticand foreign experts’ existing achievement about safety management, safety managementsystem construction and safety management evaluation system, we have analyzed theunwrapping process of QFD and summed up the fifteen elements of safety managementsystem. Then combined with the PDCA theory, it constructs a security managementsystem with continuous improvement performance of the construction project, andanalyses the fifteen modules of this system in detail.Secondly, based on the analysis of common maturity model, it puts forward the safetymanagement system model with initial, growth, regulation, control and optimization forgrade, and determines quantitative evaluation standard for the indicator system. Then byusing the entropy method for index weight, it establishes the safety management systemassessment model combined with the theory of set pair analysis.Finally, taking the practical engineering as the research object and through fieldinvestigation, we have collected first-hand information and constructed the safetymanagement system of this project. After that, through the analysis of the status of safetymanagement system of the project, it applicates the safety management system assessmentmodel to determine the maturity level of safety management system of this project, andputs forward some corresponding improving measures.
