Research On The Schedule Optimal Management Of JL Power Transmission And Transformation Engineering Project

With the rapid development our country’s economy in recent years,the demand of power supply in the country is growing.As a highly efficient clean energy,electricity has been widely applied in daily production and life over the increasing national requirements for environmental protection.The long project period is a typical feature in power transmission and transformation engineering,and at the same time,the investment amount of the engineering project is large,and it has a wide range of involvement whether the project can be completed and put into operation in time according to the plan.Therefore,the power transmission and transformation engineering project is facing the problem of the completion of working period under the premise of reasonable resource allocation,i.e.the project schedule management.Project schedule management is an important content in project management,which uses management theories to study project plan,project resource allocation and other project schedule influential issues and proposes corresponding treatment methods.Project schedule plan and project schedule control are in the project activities from the beginning to the end,and they are strong guarantees to guide and coordinate the smooth progressing of the project,so as to achieve the objectives of project schedule management.This paper studies the JL power transmission and transformation engineering project,combines the current research theories about engineering project schedule plan and control home and abroad,combs the relative methods of project schedule management and refines the procedure of project schedule management.Based on this,this paper systemically analyzes JL power transmission and transformation engineering project schedule,conducts WBS work breakdowns of all processes in this project to define the work mission and identify the critical path to change and control the project.At last,this paper builds an all-round and all-field project schedule management system to analyze and adjust the influential factors so as to ensure the achievement of the objectives of this project.
