Study On Spatial Distribution Characteristics And Layout Optimization Of Rural Settlements In Low Hilly Mountain Areas

The unique topographic separation of hilly areas leads to small and scattered arable land,which makes the spatial distribution of rural settlements scattered and small in size.At the same time,low mountain and hilly areas of rural settlements appear declining population,per capita construction area increased and the hollow phenomenon has become increasingly serious,which seriously hindered the sustainable development of rural economy and the intensive use of land resources and.Therefore,optimizing the spatial distribution of rural settlements in hilly areas is an important means to promote the sustainable development of rural economy,intensive use of rural land and the realization of agricultural modernization.This paper takes Junan County Rural Settlements in hilly area as the research object,analyzes its spatial distribution characteristics by using ARCGIS method;and the use of AHP to construct the evaluation index system of rural settlements development potential,analysis the development potential of rural settlements.On the basis of in-depth study of the theory of spatial layout of rural settlements,the optimization scheme of spatial layout of rural settlements in Junan is put forward.The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)By using the ARCGIS spatial analysis in the nearest distance index and Voronoi graph of Cv distribution in Junan County Rural settlement spatial integrated analysis method,Junan County in eastern and western rural settlements spatial distribution showed significant differences,the eastern hilly area of rural settlements were randomly scattered rural settlements in the western plain is evenly distributed.The landscape pattern of rural settlements in Junan County distribution method using landscape pattern index model and ARCGIS spatial analysis combined with the distribution of rural settlements,found obvious trend of main roads,rivers and urban areas.(2)The evaluation index system of rural settlement development potential is constructed by using analytic hierarchy process,and the development potential of all administrative villages in Junan county is evaluated.The development potential of rural settlements is divided into three categories,namely,high development potential,middle development potential and low development potential.(3)According to the development potential of rural settlements in Junan County,put forward to promote the hilly area of the rural economic development of rural settlements development level structure,namely the core area(urban area)-area center-keep rural settlements-migration rural settlements.60 rural settlements with high development potential are selected as the center of the area,and the radiation range of the central area is divided by the geographical division of the Voronoi map.The remaining 8 high development potential and all the middle development potential of rural settlements are 260 to retain rural settlements,and 239 low development potential rural settlements are all for the relocation and rural settlements.Further development of reasonable positioning of rural settlements,rural settlements will be divided into three types according to the development of three types of development,put forward four kinds of optimization model,and the spatial layout of Junan County Rural Settlements scientific guidance.
