With the development of economy, city car ownership is increasing, in order to alleviate the urban traffic pressure, many cities have started to build municipal elevated road for improving the traveling speed. It makes the traditional municipal ground construction pattern transport into elevated construction pattern, followed by the high incidence of accidents. The construction safety situation is very serious in the municipal industry. Therefore, how to analyze the facts of the accidents, and study on construction safety management in municipal elevated construction which can reduce safety accidents have a very profound practical significance.Based on comprehensive analysis of the present research from domestic and abroad, according to fault tree it analyze the facts of accidents and establishes a safety evaluation system, reveals the influence of the inherent safety of the accidents, improves safety management. This thesis is mainly conducted from the following three aspects:(1)According to the research existed on construction safety management in municipal elevated road, it lists construction accidents frequently:falling accident, scaffolding collapse accident, hitting accident, hoisting machinery damage accident. It has carried on the system analysis and finds the reasons based on fault tree theory. It summed up the facts which human beings, materials, management, environment. And it has established the evaluation index system of safety and has formulated the standard score evaluation index.(2)Based on safety evaluation index system, it establishes the structural matrix according to the method of AHP, and through professional scoring method to determine the impact of the weight of each factor. Combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, it establishes safety evaluation model on municipal elevated construction.(3)At last according to the actual municipal elevated construction safety management case, it evaluate safety management of municipal elevated construction, perform some positive measures, achieved good results.The results of this thesis can provide a practical way for municipal elevated construction safety accidents analysis, and provides another method more practical for the municipal elevated construction safety management evaluation, at the same time it makes senses for prevention of safety accidents.
