The development of wet shotcreting machine domestic and overseas has beenintroduced and the significance of wet spraying machinery feeding device is discussed.The operating principle of the rotor type concrete wet spraying machine and feeding deviceis emphasized; the disadvantage of wet spraying machinery that cannot make full use ofmaterial effectively at present is analyzed. Based on a certain type of the rotor typeconcrete wet spraying machine from a certain manufacturer, the optimization design andresearch on spiral overall length, spiral vane thickness, spiral external diameter, angle ofinclination, pitch of helical blade, screw shaft outside and inside diameter of wet sprayingmachinery feeding device is presented with modern design theory and method.To acknowledge the motion features and mechanics characteristics during thetransport process, the operating principle of the rotor type concrete wet spraying machinespiral feeding devices is analyzed and movement condition of material are gained. On thebasis, the relations between the velocity of material and the distance from it to spiral shaftaxis are summarized and the requirements to ensure that feeding device can conveymaterial as expected are found.By understanding optimization design idea and modeling principles, bi-objectivemulti-constraint mathematical model about wet spraying machinery feeding device isestablished. With ideal point solution procedure and MATLAB, bi-objectivemathematical model is solved, and then combining corresponding preferred number seriesthe solution is rounded up. Comparison results of optimized feeding device with theoriginal shows that the optimization scheme is reliable and beneficial to raise transportefficiency and reduce total weight.3D modeling of the feeding device built by PRO/E5.0is imported into ANSYS forfurther finite element analysis. By observing stress nephogram and displacementnephogram, the optimized screw machanism has meted material requirements.The operating method of the JPS5I-L rotor type wet concrete spraying machine andtorque test system are introduced. With the strain gauge torque sensor, the measurementof screw shaft torque is done, and the experimental result indicates that the prioritizationscheme can realize design purpose.
