With the continuous improvement of the production capacity of automated production lines,packaging machinery is constantly developing in the direction of automation,integration and flexibility.As a key component of the packaging machinery between the various stations,the timg screw delivery has the advantages of fast,accurate and flexible,and meets the development requirements of modern advanced manufacturing production lines.Therefore,research on the supply stability and dynamic characteristics of the timing screw is becoming more and more important.In this paper,the Dwell special timing screw is taken as the research object.From the parts to the whole,considered with the problems in the production,the paper explores the relevant factors affecting the stability of feeding,including the timing screw and the bottle body,the screw shaft system and chain scraper conveyor system in the production line.Firstly,the two dwelling schemes of the Dwell special timing screw are compared.Including screw with pedestal and the all-time screw holding.The motion form of the alltime screw holding scheme was studied.The contact situation between the feeding screw and the bottle was explored.The dynamic stress is solved based on the Motion and Simulation in Solidwork.Secondly,the dynamic characteristics of each part of the shafting are explored.The research on the rotary vibration of the screw shaft for feeding is carried out.A method for evaluating the screw feeding capacity is proposed.Dwell special timing screw is used as an example.Its working revolution proved to be steady state.Finally,in order to solve the phenomenon of clamping bottle at the screw inlet and ensure stable feeding,an experiment to find the optimal inlet phase was carried out based on the special timing screw experimental platform.Based on the parametric design research function in the ADAMS screw virtual prototype,the optimal speed matching of the chain scraper conveyor was carried out.The screw inlet structure is trimmed by Frustum of a cone to reduce the force between the screw bottle bodies during feeding,thereby achieving stable feeding.In this paper,the stability of screw feeding is studied from multiple angles,which provides a reference for the design of the feeding screw and helps solve the practical problems in the production.
