As one of the important machines widely used in the domain of underground engineering, earthwork and municipal engineering, Wet spraying machinery was being made greater use of in the process of modern construction. But the widely used wet spraying machinery had many defects such as the spraying concrete quantity couldn't be adjusted, the spraying continuity was not ideal, the intelligent level was not high. And some theoretical issues and designing parameters was not perfect. So research into some technical parameters and resolving some main technical questions have great significance in theory and practical value in engineering. This paper finished the following work:1. We studied the hydraulic system and distributing valve of the intelligent wet spraying machinery, and designed a new compensating system to resolve the long intermission, and analyzed the working process of this machinery. We also analyzed the reason of hydraulic impact and the corresponding methods to resolve it.2. The article analyzed the flowing state of the concrete in the pipe by means of the rheology theory, and pointed that on current condition the flowing state was laminar flow. Then it established the equation governing the concrete flowing, and figured out the pressure on concrete.3. We established the dynamic model of the hydraulic system of wet spraying machinery by means of power bond graph. With the software package SIMULINK provided by MATLAB, the model of power bond graph was converted into other dynamic model used in computer and it was simulated dynamically. The dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system were analyzed based on simulative results, and some beneficial conclusions were obtained.4. After thoroughly analyzing the control system's characteristics of the wet spraying machinery, we designed the control system based on the singlechipof MCS-51 series.
