The electric explosive wire spraying technology has its unique advantages,such as high bonding strength between the spraying material and the surface of the base material,and high spraying speed.By studying the working principle of electric explosive wire spraying and stacked film capacitors,which guides the optimization design of electric explosive wire spraying equipment parameters for preparing laminated film capacitors,optimizing equipment working process,improving equipment automatic working level and efficiency,the goal of improving the production efficiency of the stacked film capacitor in this paper has been achieved.This paper firstly introduces the composition principle of fabrication equipment for film capacitors.On this basis,the requirements of equipment parameters for the quality of film coatings obtained by the electric explosion wire spraying experiment are proposed.The laminated film capacitor fabrication equipment developed in this paper mainly consists of automatic wire-feeding mechanism,XY two-dimensional mobile platform,high-voltage pulse power supply,detection unit,air pump unit,and main controller and slave controller.In the process of developing equipment,based on the existing theory and experimental conditions of electric explosive wire technology,the hardware and software design and functional distinction of the automatic wire-moving device,high-voltage pulse power supply,air pump control and atmosphere detection of the spraying chamber are carried out.The control system of the equipment is mainly composed of the STM32F746 development board functioned as the main controller and several C8051F020 single-chip microcomputers functioned as the slave controller.The main controller communicates with the slave controller to complete the overall control of the device.While wire feeder,high voltage pulse power supply,equipment environmental detection and air pump are controlled by slave controller.In order to improve the automatic spraying efficiency of the equipment,the main controller adopts ?C/OS-III real-time multi-tasking system and emWin interface with humanized working window which is easy to operate.In addition,the device uses isolation relay to realize the isolation between high voltage and low voltage and improve the safety of the equipment.Since the electric explosion wire spraying experiment will generate strong electromagnetic interference,which has a great influence on the communication of the equipment,the Modbus protocol is adopted as the communication standard between the main controller and the slave controller,meanwhile,shielded twisted pair is used as the data transmission channel between the master controller and the slave controller to improve the stability and reliability of the equipment during operation.In this paper,the laminated film capacitor fabrication experiment is carried out using the designed device.The experiment selected copper wire as the spraying material,and carried out the electric explosion wire spraying experiment on both the designed equipment and the equipment after optimizing the equipment parameters,and optimized the equipment parameters of these different experimental parameters under the same experimental conditions,such as the number of automatic wire feeding spraying,the length of the wire on the automatic wire clamping,the moving distance and mode of the XY moving platform,etc.The results of the spraying of the base material were obtained through experiments.Through comparing and analyzing these experimental results and optimizing the parameters of the equipment,the surface of the coating obtained by the spraying experiment is more uniform,and the matrix material is more tightly combined with the coating under the same conditions.In summary,based on the theory of electric explosive wire,the principle of control system and the principle of single-chip microcomputer and related research of film capacitor,the whole equipment of film capacitor fabrication is divided into functional blocks,whose normal operation are realized by the system mode of slave controller control and master controller overall management.Through repeated tests,the efficiency of execution between the master controller and the slave controller and between the controller and each execution unit are improved,and the equipment parameters are optimized to maximize the spraying efficiency and reliability of the equipment.The experimental results show that the optimized fabrication equipment for film capacitors has high spraying efficiency,high degree of automation,and stable operation of the fabrication equipment system.
