The Research Of Lanzhou S Urban Residential Differentiation

With the rapid economic and social development of the city, the state incomedistribution system, urban land system, and the housing system deepen reforming,urban space is expanding and remodeling. In the process, urban residential Space isalso undergoing dramatic changes. Urban living space will be intensifieddifferentiation. Lanzhou as an important center of the inland northwest cities, it issignificantly speeding up the process of urbanization and expanding urban space.Theresidential space structure has undergone great changes in recent years. But theresidential differentiation phenomenon showing stratification, residential segregationand agglomeration, the staff live in isolated, marginalized and vulnerable groups ofblind expansion of indications are performing significantly in the process. At the sametime, the special geographical environment and urban development history marked adeep imprint area to urban living space distribution. The differentiation features haveunlike the special nature of the city’s eastern plains. The article from the perspectiveof theory and empirical research to study Lanzhou city living quarters, analyzes thedistribution of Lanzhou city living space. On this basis, studyed the Lanzhou urbanliving spatial distribution and living space’s differentiation formation mechanism.Atlast, on the based of the analysis of different pros and cons of living space; accordingto the Lanzhou urban residential space differentiation status to propose correspondingoptimization strategy.In this paper, a total of nine chapters. Chapter I describes the background,purpose and significance of this study, makes a comment on the differentiation ofliving space concepts, reviews of urban residential space research progress differences,summarize urban residential space differentiation of theories and methods. On thisbasis, a brief description of research methods and technical route of this article.Chapter II introduces the basic overview of the study area, including naturalgeographical environment, social, economic, and current real estate development. Atlast, elaborates data acquisition and analysis of information processing in this article.Chapter III analyzes and summarizes the spatial distribution of urban living based onsample data. In virtue of ARCGIS and EXCEL software to analyse the spatialdistribution of residential properties of728samples to reveals the spatial distributionof Lanzhou urban living space. The result shows that the spatial distribution of urbanliving in Lanzhou presents significant accumulation along the lines of communicationdistribution and uneven regional distribution characteristics.Chapter IV studysLanzhou urban residential status of spatial differentiation characteristics. By means ofthe quantitative analysis of sample data, found that urban living space based on theLanzhou urban transport, urban location, housing prices, housing type differentiationcharacteristics particularly prominent. Chapter V applys space differentiation indexformula based on housing price index and housing type dimension, calculates urbanresidential space differentiation degree on the street level of Lanzhou city. The resultsshowed that residential differentiation is significant in Lanzhou city, and a reflectionof residential differentiation based on personal income began to emerge.Chapter VIexplains the pros and cons of Lanzhou urban residential space differentiation, and favorable and unfavorable influence on Lanzhou city from urban economy, social andurban spatial structure. Chapter VII analyses Lanzhou urban residential spacedifferentiation formation reasons. Based on the specific circumstances of LanzhouCity, and combined with the existing research results, from the natural geographicalenvironment, urban planning, housing system, real estate development, urbantransport and residents to choose his residence behavior explains the cause of specificaspects of Lanzhou urban living space differentiation. Chapter VIII analyses the prosand cons of Lanzhou urban residential spatial variation. Based on the causes of urbanresidential space differentiation status,proposes targeted optimization strategy.ChapterIX is the conclusion. The chapter summarizes the main conclusions, innovation, theshortcomings of this paper, and narrates the follow-up.
