Traditional residence is the production of nature and location conditions.Amongthe natural factors,climate is most important to consider in residential construction. Inthe limited economic and technical conditions,traditional residence formed a series ofsimple and effective means to adapt to climate.In today’s perspective,these methods arecalled passive strategies.In today’s energy shortage situation,the study on passivetechnology of traditional residence has practical significance.Bayu area is of complex geographical conditions,which climate is humid andrainy.The interaction of geography and climate,produce a variety of micro climateenvironment.In the long-term of adaptation and improvement,the traditional residenceof Bayu area formed a number of distinctive passive cooling method. However,research on this point has long been a lack of systematic. At the same time,in theprocess of rapid urbanization and new rural construction,the traditional wisdom forsettlements construction has been forgotten,which lead to a series of problems invillage and small town construction.In view of the above questions,this paper systematically summarizes the passivecooling experience oftraditional residence in Bayu area,puts forwardthe method of howto apply traditional passive cooling method in modern residential area,combining withexamples and the actual project. This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,mainly explains the background,purpose andsignificance,research review,define the scope of this paper and related researchmethods,proposed this article research frame.The second part is to recognize the problem.Geographical and climaticenvironment of Bayu area are summarized,and analysis the relationship betweensettlements and climatic conditions combing with different morphology,then combedthe development history and the status problem of countryside residence in Bayu area.The third part is to solve the problem. It is a total of two chapters,the previous onemakes a detailed analysis on the passive cooling mode of traditional residence from ventilation, sunshade cooling,heat insulation and environment supportingcooling.Thelater chapter analyzes the differences between modern settlement andtraditional one, and then analysis how to apply traditional passive cooling methods inmodern design of residence from the layout of the building,physical design andcomponent design with the case study of residence home and abroad,The fourth part is an actual case,expressing how to use the analysis result of thispaper in actual design based on the design of Hongguang residence project in Kaixian.The fifth part presents the conclusion and the deficiency of this paper. |
