| With the rise of the industrial revolution,science and technology have continued to advance,which has brought about social problems such as energy crisis while improving people's quality of life.In addition,the emission of large amounts of pollutants has made urban air quality a major social issue.In China,since the reform and opening up,the economy has continued to develop,and the real estate market has been booming.The appearance of the city has changed dramatically over the past 30 years.At the same time,a large number of buildings have been erected and a large number of construction equipment is operating,consuming large amounts of Energy,has led to a large proportion of the total energy consumption of buildings in the total human energy consumption.In China's rural areas,it also develops rapidly,and energy demand for rural residence has accelerated.The rural lifestyle is slowly approaching the city,so its new house are often simple imitations of urban dwellings.This does not improve the quality of life in rural areas,but increases building energy consumption and pollutant emissions,and rich and varied ecological building experience and the culture of regional architecture has not been passed down,and the characteristics of the village itself have gradually disappeared.Traditional architecture is an attempt and an effort made by one generation after another to cope with the environment in which it is located,it contains the construction experience and wisdom of the region.Since it have never experienced the baptism of the Industrial Revolution so completely are passive experiences,it is particularly important to study the traditional residence in rural areas and extract their own ecological wisdom.By summarizing the technical experience and inadequacies of the passive design methods of traditional patio-style residence in Jiangxi,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of their own technical experience can not only provide an in-depth understanding of passive design methods of traditional patio-style residence in Jiangxi,but also enhance regional identity of Jiangxi.At the same time,so that the essence of traditional patio-style residence in Jiangxi can also be inherited,updated and developed.Literature of Passive analysis methods and contents of traditional residence at home and abroad were analyzed,and then field surveys were conducted on traditional patio-style residence and modern residence in Jiangxi,including building surveys and indoor thermal surveys.Planar forms,patio forms,shading methods,wall materials and construction methods were summarized,obtain primary data on the indoor thermal environment of traditional patio-style residence in Jiangxi Province in winter and summer to understand its architectural construction and indoor thermal environment.Based on the survey,a survey of local climate adaptive passive strategies was conducted.The passive strategies of traditional patio-style residentce in Jiangxi were analyzed qualitatively.The passive tactics of traditional patio-style residentce in Jiangxi were proposed: site selection and layout,natural ventilation,and solar heat gain controlling,thermal insulation of the external protective structure.Then Fluent software simulates and analyzes the natural ventilation of the patio-style residence,Ecotect software simulates the solar heat gain analysis of the patio-style residence for winter and summer,and K-value simulates the thermal performance of the wall.Based on a passive perspective,this paper conducts in-depth research on the design methods of traditional patio-style residence in Jiangxi Province,and makes a quantitative analysis of the traditional patio-style residence in Jiangxi in response to the environment.It further explores the ecological wisdom of Jiangxi traditional patio-style residentce and applies them to the design and evaluation of new residence in Jiangxi rural areas.It provides a new idea to new residence in Jiangxi rural areas design and evaluates the passive performance of the design. |
