The traditional water meter need to make the manual reading meter billing, andhave the defects of large statistic work, large error and nuisance of entering the roomand so on, so that they can not meet increasingly high demands of people on the watermeter. With the widespread implementation of “golden card project”, a variety ofsmart terminals with IC card technology have started to enter thousands of family. Thewater meter with intelligent IC card have high measuring precision, prepaid form andgreatly improve the work efficiency of water supply management department.Otherwise, the water meter based smart card also creates the conditions in technologyfor the conservation and rational use of water, and they will be more widely used. Sothis article combines with the concrete practice process of intelligent IC card watermeter system by enterprise, focus on the dynamics analysis of ceramic valves, andprovide theoretical guidance for the upgrading of enterprise water meter.Firstly, this paper makes an entire design plan for IC card water meter inaccordance with the property parameter and function demands, and designs detailedlythe main power line of IC card cooling water meter based on MSP430F413single chipmicrocomputer.Then, this paper describes the mechanical system design of water meter withintelligent IC card, creates finite element model by SolidWorks Simulation,analyzes the static structure, stress distribution and displacement distribution indetail, and make the improvement plan of ceramic valve structure, and alsomake the implement structure design and strength checking.Finally, this paper investigates a large amount of property, life-span and reliabletest and analyzes the test data for the specimen machines. The test and actualapplication indicate the water meter designed and produced by this article have thebenefits of low power consumption and high reliability, and could meet the designrequirement.
