In order to enforce the management of drinkable water, save resources of heating, and make water and heating used by enterprise and home standard, according to water quality and water condition of using, research on small, integral, intelligent and low power water meter has wide application foreground.Through full scale investigation and analysis on IC card water meter applied or pre-applied in the market, several major technologies of industrialization development of IC card water meter are pertinently resolved.1. Long run valve can not be corroded.2. Valve must be low power expense. When turned on or off, the friction must be little.3. Valve has high airproof ability under high pressure.4. Low power expense ability must maintain over 6 years.5. Measuring flux and quantity of heat must be accurate.6. With the ability of dampproof and breakageproof.7. Requirement of small volume, integral and low cost.8. Assembly and calibration can be carried out orderly and rapidly.The main work in this paper is as follows:1. Participate in design and project illustrating.2. Participate in design of rustless valve.3. Participate in selecting and subscribing of element.4. Design, weld, test and debug hardware circuit.5. Program and debug the whole software of IC card water meter system.6. Test industrialization IC card water meter.The innovation of this paper lies in: structure design and control methods of rustless valve, research on accurate flux and temperature measure.
