The Design And Implement Of Intelligent TM Card Water-meter And Its Management System

In order to adapt the nation reform on water supply system, It is inevitable to implement the auto-control system of the tap water by making use of the modern intelligent technology. It is instrumental to alleviate the financial pressure arising from the principle of "supplying first, and charge later", to reduce the relevant dispute and troubles in the wake of monthly meter check and charge, to change the backward situation in the tap water management system. The application of the prepayment intelligent water-meter based on TM(Touch Memory) card and management-system not only improves efficiency of the department supplying water but also creates an adequate condition for water conservancy and appropriate water utilization technically.This thesis emphasizes the new method of water-meter word wheel's numeral recognition and the design of Intelligent water-meter based on TM card and its management system. Main content is summarized as follows:1.Bring TM-card technology into prepayment Intelligent water-meter.2. Bring forward the structure of hardware and realization of software in the control system of Intelligent TM-card water-meter, including introducing the method of encoding sampling and recognition,and the circuit design of every part,and the design of embedded software.3.The realization of charge management system is detailedly introduced,including the design of database,the realization of database, and the analysis of system functions and the realization of function.The prototypical experiment and the actual application indicates that the intelligent water-meter system based on TM card has some advantage of perfect function,exact measurement and reliable communication.
