Economic and social development put forward a new challenge to the uniform management for ordinary high school students.Meanwhile,the change of the public ideology has led to the change of students’ aesthetic standard,and aesthetic corresponding.With the development of China’s fashion industry,changes of the clothing in such aspects as design,fabric,color,and function have taken place.Thus,ordinary high school students’ school uniform clothing should also make the corresponding adjustment,based on the conditions of our country and schools.This article focuses on the ordinary high school students’ uniform clothing,which has become a reality that influences and restricts students’ growing,and the school’development,and needs deep reflection and discussion from the aspect of theory and practice.First of all,search for the literature at home and abroad about the school uniforms,sorting out the existing literatures,analyzing its characteristics and shortcomings,to establish the specific content of this study.Second,take three ordinary schools of Tianshui City for example,selecting subjects of investigation,preparing the questionnaire and interview outline,using research methods such as interviews,observation,questionnaire,and reflection logs for the field survey of the school uniform style,fabric,color,supervision,management and other issues.Finally,collect the questionnaire,sorting the data,and analyzing for the research conclusions.Study has found:(1)overall degree of ordinary high school students’ uniform is closely linked with a school leader’s subjective will,campus culture.(2)the school management system,from formulation to implementation,is inseparable from the support and identity of teachers and students.The influence and strong binding of school management system has a subtle influence on the general teachers’ and students’ thought and behavior.(3)uniform dresses are closely linked with ordinary high school student’s physiological and psychological characteristics.So when school choose school uniform,they should fully consider the psychological characteristics and the interest of senior high school students.(4)uniform dresses are closely linked with the students’ behavior.(5)theordinary high school students school uniform dresses are closely associated with the extent of the students and their parents’ satisfaction with the school uniforms.Based on the above conclusions,combined with the characteristics of the ordinary high school,the development of ordinary high school uniform of our country put forward the constructive suggestions.One is at the national level,first of all,we are badly in need of construction of unified school uniform supervision platform;then,integrate resources to create national brand;again,strengthen policy guide to develop the school culture.Second,at the social level,the first thing is to foster good social conduct;then,to promote public welfare spirit;again,to improve social convention.Third,it is at the school level,the first thing is to create a good campus culture atmosphere;then,to standardize management system;Once again,management must be strengthened.Fourth is at the family level,good family education has a profound influence on children in the ideological concept,behavior,appearance and other aspects.Fifth is in the student’s individual level,who should have the self-discipline consciousness,have social sense of responsibility,and regulate the behavior of their own. |
